People and recruitment at Fazer

The second-year students in Fazer Retail Club participated in a Career Module where they got a chance to discuss the hiring process and what students are looking for in a future employer, as well as an opportunity to try Fazer's assessments.
Jennie Pomoell, Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Leader and Emilia Westerlund, Senior HR Manager, treated the students to lunch and discussions on future career plans before introducing some of the opportunities Fazer has to offer after graduation. The students were given a thorough walkthrough of the Fazer recruitment process before being given a chance to add feedback and reflections from their own earlier processes.
Last but not least, Emilia and Jennie generously offered everyone an opportunity to test Fazer's assessments, with an included one-on-one feedback session!
