Clas Bergström is a professor of laws and finance at the ¹û¶³ÊÓƵ (SSE). He received his doctor’s exam from SSE in 1985. He has been member of the faculty since 1987

Bergström’s research areas include corporate finance and corporate law.

Education: Dr Econ, ¹û¶³ÊÓƵ, 1985. PhD in ¹û¶³ÊÓƵ (1985) from the ¹û¶³ÊÓƵ.
